Duna Arena
The Duna Arena is just 3 km from the Park Inn by Radisson Budapest. The spectacular sports complex with advanced facilities is Hungary's most outstanding sports and event center, providing entertainment for thousands of people. With an area of 30,000 square meters, it can accommodate 5,300 people.
It has a swimming pool suitable for children, it serves as a training base for Hungarian water sports and hosts several national and international competitions.
The competition pool is suitable for swimming events in accordance with FINA regulations, men's and women's water polo games, and synchronized swimming competitions.
The diving pool is ideal for professional diving, 25 m swimming, training, practice, scuba diving, synchronized swimming and water polo training. Special features include: "shock absorbing" foaming and water flotation devices during training.
The diving platform is designed for professional diving according to FINA standards (diving positions 1m, 3m, 5m; 7,5m; 10m).

The Duna Arena is a very impressive building. It was built with sustainability and environmental awareness as key requirements. Its roof structure is supported at four points. A 747 Boeing aircraft could fly between its 27-meter tall iron concrete towers.
A special feature is the programmable fountain that forms a variety of shapes. From the top of the building, you can enjoy a stunning view of Budapest. The panoramic lookout on the top floor is 50 meters from the Danube, offering a magnificent view of the Parliament, the Buda Castle and even Dobogókő on a clear day.
